Default stock rear shock rebound adjuster

Im sorry if this has been posted about already. I did try a search and couldnt find what I needed. I have an 08 848.

I cant seem to be able to get my rear shock rebound adjuster to turn. I dont know if Im using the wrong tool or im just not putting enough ummph into it or what but I dont want to break it.

So my firest question is what tool are you supposed to use. It's like impossible to see and I keep thinking it's a tiny flathead but it also could be an allen. Does anyone know what it is and if it's allen, what size?

Second question is there some secret I dont know like it is really hard to turn or it gets stuck sometimes or what?

Thanks ahead of time for your help.

3mm Allen, use a long one with a "ball" end because you can't get straight on it...
Will it not turn either way?
